A busy head holds tasks, worries and half-formed ideas all at once, and a long to-do list doesn’t tell you what to do next. Minda is “a five-minute daily routine for a busy mind”: get everything out, sort it, and leave with one to three things to focus on today.
What it does
Dump. Write one thought per line until you’re empty.
Feel and sort. Name what you’re feeling, then mark each thought as an action, a worry or an idea.
Plan and focus. Give each action a when and a small first step, then star one to three for today.
